He has more than 17 years of professional experience as a lawyer. Specialized in Public Economic Law and in the advice to local and regional AAPP. He started his professional career in 2001 as a Partner of the firm Ariño & Fenellós y Asociados, linked to the offices of Valencia and Madrid in the area of Public Law, Infrastructures and Strategic Sectors until 2004. Authorized lawyer of the Generalitat Valenciana appointed in the Legal Office Presidency of the Delegation of the Valencian Government in Alicante from the year 2001 to the year 2005. It assumed the direction of the Department of Administrative Law-Urbanism in the office Martínez Ojeda y Asociados in Valencia and Madrid from 2004 to 2006. Associate in the Del Moral & Salinas law firm in the Area of Administrative Law-Urban Planning and Port Law in Valencia, from 2006 to 2008. In this same period, he combines his activity with that of counsel and lawyer of the College of Engineers of Roads, Canals and Ports of Valencia. Legal Adviser of the Official Association of Economists of Valencia from 2009 to 2013. In 2009 he founded SBM Estudio Jurídico, specialized law firm in Public Economic Law: administrative contracting, town planning, port, transport travelers and advisor of local and regional administrations. In 2017 he joined MA Abogados as a Partner, directing the Department of Public Economic Law of the Valencia office. Extensive experience in legal advice to individuals and companies both national and international in public law.
