Specialized in tax advice on the main taxes -both direct and indirect- to individuals, as well as national companies and companies with international presence.
He has carried out corporate restructuring projects, spin-offs, mergers, spin-offs, and has prepared reports and opinions.
On the other hand, in relation to the taxation of individuals, he has carried out analyses and reports on tax optimization.
Likewise, he has extensive experience in tax proceedings before the different Administrative Bodies, advising and representing his clients.
He began his professional career in 2016 at PwC Tax & Legal Services, in the Corporate Taxation department of Regulated Sectors.
In 2020, he joined the tax team of Benow Partners.
Currently, he develops his professional work as a Tax Lawyer in the Tax Area of MA Abogados.
Education
Law Degree from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE (Madrid).Double master's degree in access to the legal profession and corporate tax advice at the Instituto de Empresa IE (PwC - IE Program).
