She joined MA Abogados in 2015 as a lawyer specialising in the rights of authors, artists and performers, and the rights of producers of sound and audiovisual recordings.
Since 2009, she has worked at Manuel Alejandro Producciones, managing and negotiating contracts for the production of sound and audiovisual recordings with producers, artists, musicians, artistic directors and Spanish and American publishers.
She has worked with the Spanish Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE) and BMI (a similar society in the United States), to manage the portfolios of both authors and editors.
She has negotiated contracts for different kinds of own portfolio and back catalogue, such as for example, negotiation of synchronization and adaptation rights at both level and international level.
From 2000 to 2008 she worked at Universal Music Spain. At that company, she was responsible for the Internet business area, in charge of developing and executing marketing and distribution plans, as well as making all the products of the multinational, both Spanish and foreign, available on the internet, so opening new platforms for both the commercialisation and promotion of artists and their recordings.
As coordinator of the classical music and jazz department, she prepared and directed the marketing plans in the marketplace and the promotion of their products and artists throughout the territory of Spain and using all the means of communication and distribution possible.
As company lawyer, she negotiated the contracts of the record label with third parties, whether these were artists, producers or media outlets, as well as agreements with other companies for different kinds of action.


Degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Master’s Degrees in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law from the University of Alicante and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market.


Member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

Teaching colaboration

She has given training courses for managers of rights management organisations for developing countries in Latin America, promoted by the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
