In December 2016 she joined MA Abogados while doing her internship as a student of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
Specialized in Labor and Social Security Law.
She has experience in recurring legal advice on dismissals, formalization of contracts, corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, labor audits, internal investigations within companies and implementation of measures and obligations that labor regulations have been imposing on companies (equality plans, protocols for the prevention of harassment at work, wage records, etc.).
Likewise, he has experience in all types of social judicial proceedings, at all levels (trial attendance and procedural pleadings and appeals), as well as in assistance and representation before the Labor Inspection and other public agencies.
