From July 2003 to September 2004, he was State Lawyer before the Supreme Court of Catalonia.
From September 2004 to January 2006, he held the post of Chief State Lawyer in Ávila.
From January 2006 until January 2012, he was State Lawyer before the Supreme Court of Extremadura.
In January 2012 he was appointed Head of the Legal Service for the State Tax Agency in Extremadura, occupying the position until september 2015.
From July 2013 to July 2014, he was an arbitrator attached to the National Consumer Institute (now called AECOSAN) in the arbitration process for Bankia hybrid financial products.

Teaching colaboration

He has combined his professional career with teaching since 1995, being a lecturer in Administrative and Mercantile Law at the Universities of Ávila and Extremadura.
Coordinator for the Administrative Law Area at the School of Legal Practice at the University of Extremadura, he is currently a lecturer on Administrative Law for the Master’s on Access to Legal Practice, at the Villanueva University Centre in Madrid.
June 2015 – Speaker at the meeting on the Decree–Act 5/2015 on the exploitation of audiovisual rights for football tournaments.
September 2014.- Speaker at the conference “Competition law in the world of football: The Real Murcia Case” ICAM. Madrid.
