Javier has more than 15 years’ professional experience in law and tax advisory.
Began his professional career as a tax advisor in 2003 at Cuatrecasas (Madrid office), joining in 2009 the Tax Practice Area of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo -after its merging with the formerly existing law firm Padrol Munté-, until 2012. From that year onwards, he has been the head of international tax affairs of Grupo Aldesa, a multinational company widely recognized in the sector of development of infrastructure and construction, engineering and concessions, with a strong economic presence in Mexico and Poland.

He has advised on tax matters to corporate clients and particulars, both focused on local and international scope, as well as actively participated in transactional taxation teams involved in commercial and corporate deals, including those related to corporate restructuring, refinance and real estate matters.

In addition to his expertise on tax planning over business and asset structures, as well as his experience on tax audits, administrative and judicial proceedings, he has also developed sound professional skills and knowledge on the corporate international tax advisory, accumulating strong professional experience on foreign investments and business implementation of Spanish corporate groups in Latin America, Europe and India.
